I had never seen Dr. Mondo before and yet one of his staff, Mike, was more than willing to accommoda... te me and get me seen when I had an unexpected eye injury. The Doctor and rest of staff working there were very pleasant and made the whole visit seamless. I really appreciate their great customer service, professionalism and would highly recommend Mondo Optical.

I had never seen Dr. Mondo, but when the pandemic shut everything down (including my regular doctor)... and my vision suddenly went blurry...his office got me right in to be seen. His entire staff, Dr. Mondo included, was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I'm definitely going back when it's time for my annual eye exam. Could not recommend enough!

5.0 star rating 3/29/2017 First to Review Very professional yet friendly office. After my eye exa... m, Dr. Mondo clearly explained my problems and the best approach to accommodate my lifestyle. For me, it was cataract surgery. Dr. Mondo referred me to an eye surgeon and the office staff set up my appointments. Everything turned out really well and I could not be more pleased! The knowledgeable staff, the wide selection of eye glasses and the acceptance of insurance made my appointments very pleasant. And now my husband is a Mondo Optical patient as well.

My husband went to mondo Optical as a child and it just so happens to be the only place that took ou... r insurance. They payed extra attention to my kids to make sure they had the right prescription, unlike all other places we have been.

I was looking all over for someone to accept my insurance and they did. I made an appointment and go... t right in and this place was so wonderful with me they help me pick out the right glasses and answered all the questions I had for them I will be coming back next year again for an eye exam

My family has been going to Mondo Optical for about 5 years. I can't say enough good things about ... Dr. Mondo, everyone in the office and the optical shop. Appointments happen at the scheduled time- no waiting. The exams are thorough, & Dr. Mondo takes time to address all concerns. Checking out is easy. Billing is always right. They are happy to contact the insurance company for us. We get a variety of contacts & glasses through their shop. The orders are always right the first time. The glasses are beautifully made & are available when promised.
